Happy Monday potential 2012 Shirt Wearers for IWearYourShirt.com!

This email is the third to this list. Read Email #1 here and Email #2 here if you haven’t done so already.

I wanted to clear one important item up: Your video resume should be 3 minutes in length. Not 3-5 minutes. I greatly apologize if you already started and have 2 extra minutes of footage. Save that footage for a bonus video for your friends/fans. The hiring videos should be no longer than 3 minutes and can be under 3 minutes with no penalty (you only get ONE video). 

Have you thought about how you and your video will stand out from the crowd? What will make your video application different? What makes you a better t-shirt wearing candidate than others? What proves that you’re willing to work 300+ days in 2012 and have oodles of fun doing it?

**IMPORTANT** If your hiring application video will be done and ready for October 3 (or is already done now) please respond to this email and let me know.
