90-DAY CHALLENGE UPDATE #8: 3 WEEKS LEFT, 1,000 CALORIE WORKOUT AND GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!

It’s the home stretch! As mentioned in my video update above, there are only 3 weeks left in my 90-day challenge! 

I want to thank everyone for the kind words and support after my 60-day weigh-in update last week. A few people mentioned that a toddler wouldn’t weigh 30 pounds, so that’s something I learned… Hah. I’m actually down nearly 6 more pounds and into the 220′s for the first time since college (early 2000s). I don’t care what I weigh, but that’s a nice benchmark.

I’ll be updating this post with photos of my daily morning cardio and my attempt to hit 1,000 calories burned in 60 minutes on the treadmill.
